Harpreet Kaur Randhawa

Harpreet Kaur Randhawa passed away in the early morning hours of December 18, 2022 in Victoria BC, after suffering a sudden cardiac event. Harpreet Kaur was born in Majhola Farm, UP, India. She was a selfless, humble, generous, and kind soul who devoted her life to her family. She provided them with unconditional love her whole life and was the main pillar and heart of her home. She empathized so readily with the pain of others, offering a warm-hearted presence to whoever needed it. For the last 7 years of her life she served the less fortunate by preparing chai along side her husband who would serve it at Our Place every Sunday evening. We will remember the sounds of her laughter and her sweet, infectious smile. Harpreet was also an outstanding cook and will be remembered for her delicious baked goods and her vegetarian pizza. She enjoyed swimming, going for long walks, solving puzzles, watching comedies, listening to kirtan, and meditating. She is predeceased by her father, Hardial Singh Gill and her brothers, Sawinderjit Singh (Surinder Kaur) and Inderjit Singh (Harwinder Kaur). She is survived by her loving mother Rajbir Kaur, devoted husband Sukhdev Singh, adoring children Gagundeep Singh (Jasmin Kaur) and Balneerez Kaur, brother Ranjit Singh (Jagdish Kaur), and sisters Jaspal Kaur Warraich (Beant Singh) and Chandanjit Kaur Dhariwal (Manjit Singh).

A Funeral service will be held at First Memorial, 4725 Falaise Drive, Victoria on Monday, December 26, 2022 at 12pm. After Funeral service, please join us for Antam Ardaas at Gurdwara Singh Sabha, 470 Cecelia Road, Victoria BC.
