Norman was known for his many talents including cooking and building model ships, and also served in the Canadian navy during WWII, which included the rescue of the torpedoed Androda Star. His sense of humor and friendliness will be missed.
Norman leaves behind his beloved daughter Lesley and wife Kathleen, to whom he was married to for 45 years. He was cared for in his later years by Kathleen and transferred to long term care during his last 6 months of life. Thank you to the Veterans Memorial Lodge staff for the care that they provided.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy can be shared with the family in the condolences section below.
