Mom was gifted with beauty and a deep love of learning, but even more importantly, with a gentle and loving heart that always drew others to her. Dad was a talented and creative artist, after he served in the navy during WWII in the Atlantic Convoy Crossings. And, like Mom, possessed of a gentle and loving heart. The world was a better place with them in it.
Mom and Dad spent over 60 years of their lives together, loving each other as only true soul mates can. They were always there for each other, but what was always most important to them was being parents and loving their children beyond measure, to whom they gave and sacrificed everything, gave all of their hearts and love. Always.
It was a great gift and privilege for my sister and I to have experienced such a great and all- encompassing love that knew no bounds and was, and will always be, something eternal - too great to ever be dimmed by parting. They will continue to live within us and our hearts forever.
