Joanne passed away on February 18, 2026 at the Priory in Victoria, BC. Born in Vancouver, BC, she was predeceased by her parents, Jack and Elizabeth Turner. Joanne will be missed by her cousins, friends, members of the Mormon Church and especially her special friend, Ricky Hickie.
