Billie Rae Kincannon Farris

Billie Rae Farris, 81, of Victoria passed away Thursday, August 23, 2012. She was born January 23, 1931, in San Angelo to the late Raymond Rufus and Estella Mae Wallace Kincannon. She retired from Calhoun ISD after 20 years of service. Billie enjoyed her home in the country and took pride in caring for her yard and cultivating her flowers. She delighted in spending time with her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was also a member of Central Church of Christ.

Billie is survived by her husband, James F. Farris of Victoria; daughters, Linda Winters and husband, Larry, of Victoria and Carla Garrett and husband, Don, of Abilene; grandchildren, Lacie Pitchford, Curtis Peterschmidt, Lindsey Boucher and Danessa Gray; 6 great-grandchildren and one on the way.

The family will receive friends from 1:30-2:30 pm Sunday, August 26, 2012, at Rosewood Funeral Chapels. Funeral services will follow at 2:30 pm, Mr. Randy Brown officiating.

Graveside services will be at 10:00 am Monday, August 27, 2012, at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Winters, Don Garrett, Curtis Peterschmidt, Trey Pitchford, Corey Boucher, Nick Gray and all great-grandchildren.
