Bishop Fellhauer is survived by a sister, Marti Fellhauer-Sampson. Bishop Fellhauer was preceded in death by parents, Harold and Helen Francis Fellhauer, and a brother, Joseph Fellhauer.
Visitation will be held at The Cathedral of Our Lady of Victory, 1309 E Mesquite Ln, Victoria, TX 77901, US, on March 12, 2026, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, followed by a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm at The Cathedral of Our Lady of Victory, 1309 E Mesquite Ln, Victoria, TX 77901, US. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on March 13, 2026, at 10:00 am.
Bishop Fellhauer’s final resting place will be at Resurrection Cemetery, Laurent & Mockingbird , Victoria.
