In addition to her parents she is survived by her brother, Chris Dyson and his wife, Tracy, of LaSalle; nephews, Cullen Dyson and Kason Dyson; grandparents, Tony and Georgia Kaspar of El Campo, and JoAnn Dyson of LaSalle.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her grandfather, Carl T. Dyson and uncle, Keith Dyson.
A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Sunday, July 17, 2011, at St. Theresa Catholic Church in LaSalle.
Donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
