David L. Beck, 90, of Victoria passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2011. He was born on July 29, 1921 in York, Pennsylvania, to the late Charles Dewey and Ada Hamme Beck. Mr. Beck was a retired shipping supervisor of Wallace Fruit and Vegetable Company. He was a 25 year member of the Edinburg Volunteer Fire Department.
Survivors include his daughter, Joyce Fisher of Sugar Land; six grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Beck is preceded in death by his wife, Lorane Beck; a daughter, Vicki Cowan; son, Darrell Beck and a brother, Earl Beck.
Memorial Service with inurnment will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at 2 PM at Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
