David B. Hunt

David B. Hunt, 86, of Victoria passed away on Monday, June 3, 2013. He was born December 26, 1926 in Choate, TX to the late Robert Marshall and Annie Culpepper Hunt. Mr. Hunt retired after 34 years at DuPont where he was a production foreman. He attended Texas A& M University (‘ 47) and was a veteran in of the U.S. Army and Merchant Marine Cadet Corp.

Survivors include his sons, D. Dale (Janet) Hunt of Victoria, Billy D. Hunt of Victoria; sister, Mary Beth Mills of Houston; brother, J. Truett Hunt of Kenedy; six grandchildren, Kyle Hunt, Aaron Hunt, Laura Windwehen Jurkash, Blair Hunt and Olivia Hunt Kemp and six great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Hunt is preceded in death by his wife, Clara Mae Hunt; daughters, Susan Jayne Windwehen, Gayle Hunt and a grandson, Adam Windwehen.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 from 6-8 PM at Rosewood Funeral Chapels. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at 2 PM at Rosewood Funeral Chapel with Drs. Gene and Margaret Rice officiating. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Kyle Hunt, Blair Hunt, Aaron Hunt, John Mills, Truett Lee Hunt and Charles Windwehen.
