Donnie Miller Brisbin

Donnie Miller Brisbin, 87, of Victoria, passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2023 in Yorktown. She was born in Davilla, Texas to the late Eddy and Cora Belle Cross Miller on November 16, 1935. She married J.B. Brisbin, and together they raised two children. Donnie went to Temple High School, and worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone for many years. Donnie was a Baptist.

In addition to her parents, Eddy and Cora Belle Cross Miller, Donnie is preceded in death by her husband; J. B. Brisbin, sister; Bonnie Lawson, brother; James Miller, and great-grandchildren; Kooper Michael Eliot, Willow Grace Stange, and Heavenly Faith Stevens.

Donnie is survived by daughter; Denise Stange and her husband Curtis, son; Jerry Brisbin and his wife Emma, sister; Mary Stuessel, ten grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Donnie also leaves behind numerous extended family and friends, all of whom will cherish her memory.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2023 from 12:30 – 1 p.m., immediately followed by Funeral Service at 1 p.m., all at Rosewood Funeral Chapel. Pastor Chip Reynolds will officiate. Interment will immediately follow the service at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Honoring her by serving as Pallbearers will be Jason Eliot, Curtis Stange II, Brittin Stange, Cullen Stange, Kase Eliot, Kole Eliot, Konor Eliot, and Zachary Horelka. Honorary Pallbearers will be her great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
