Doyle Ray McGinnis, 81, passed away on Friday, February 12, 2021. He was born February 12, 1940 to the late George and Maggie McGinnis in Elk City, Oklahoma.

He is survived by his daughters, Terri Head (Tim) and Rhonda Diehl (Gavin); siblings, Maxine Mathias and Glenn McGinnis; 7 grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, George Oliver McGinnis and Maggie Myrtle Thornburgh McGinnis; twin sister, Doris Heine; sister, Joyce Moore; brother, James McGinnis; a sister and a brother at birth; and one grandchild.
