Eddie Bryant Jr, 73, of Victoria passed away March 11, 2019. Eddie was born February 6, 1946 to Elnora Bell Bryant and the late Eddie Bryant Sr. Eddie served his county in the United States Navy. Eddie enjoyed cooking, barbequing, gardening and taking care of all his plants. He also enjoyed spending time with his family. He gave his nieces and nephews nature nicknames such as prickly pear, rabbit, geese, palm tree, sunflower, gardenia, pine tree, lala tree, redwood and elephant ears.
Eddie is survived by his mother, Elnora Bell Bryant; sisters, Eunice Williams (Wallace) of Tallahassee, FL, Alice Austin (U.L) of Victoria, Deborah Williams of Cairo, GA; Aunt Gladys Bell of Victoria; Uncle Otis Bell Sr. (Diann) of Oklahoma and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father; sisters, Frances Randle, Stella Jean Bryant and brother, Clarence Bryant.
Visitation will be Friday, March 15, 2019 from 6-8 PM at Rosewood Funeral Chapel.
Funeral services are Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 10 AM at Rosewood Funeral Chapel with burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery with full military honors under the auspices of the Victoria Veterans Council.
Pallbearers are Lamarris Williams, Wallace Williams Jr, Penny Cuevas, Brian Stevenson, Clarence Bryant Jr. and Maliq Hill.
