He was born in Victoria to the late Florence Ray and Elizabeth Wright.
He retired as an electrician and rancher. He proudly served his country in
the U.S. Marine Corp during the Korean War.
Survivors include his loving wife of 58 years, Fay Ann Wright; brother in law,
Anthony Wilhelm (Gloria); nieces, Melissa Stange (David) and Ashley Wilhelm;
nephew, Tony Wilhelm, Jr. (Sasha); and great nieces, Amie, Morgen, Kallie Stange.
A visitation will be held on Friday, January 30, 2015 from 5 to 7 pm at Colonial Funeral Home.
The Funeral Service will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 31, 2015 at First English
Lutheran Church with Rev. David Tart officiating. Burial will follow at Kilgore Cemetery, Schroeder, TX.
Pallbearers will be Joe Gajdusek, Bubba Hauschild, Stanley Post, Jim Shultz, David Stange and Tony Wilhelm, Jr.
Memorials may be made to First English Lutheran Church.
