Frank Lawrence Webb

He is survived by his wife, Katie Franklin of Victoria; daughter, Tiffani Webb of Austin; son-in-law, Stanley Franklin, Jr. (Jessica); granddaughter, Alana Franklin; mother, Rose L. Webb of Portland, TX; father, Billy G. Webb (Pat) of Portland; brother, Paul Webb (Patty) of Portland; sisters, Sharon Duncan (Thomas) of Portland and Cindy Porter (Jeff) of George West.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Arno and Hattie Rose and Albert and Vera Webb.

Larry loved and adored his granddaughter, Alana. He was a loving and caring husband, a good father, grandfather, brother and a great friend. He had a heart of gold and will be remembered fondly and missed dearly. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and gardening. He was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church.

A memorial service with Reverend Lee and remarks by Rev. Steen will be held at Rosewood Funeral Chapel, 3304 Mockingbird Lane, Victoria, TX on Monday March 17, 2014 at 10 AM.

Honorary pallbearers will be Drs. Caesar and Maria Velasco, Dr. George Osuchukwu, DaVita Dialysis Center and Ray Smith.
