Garrard P Hooper, age 87, of Victoria, Texas passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2021. Garrard was born September 22, 1934 in Hendricks, KY to Edith Whitaker Hooper and Lee Hooper.

Garrard is survived by his wife, Margaret Meeks Hooper; his son Garret Lee Hooper; his sister Imagene; his grandchild Cami and his grandchild Cara.

Garrard was preceded in death by his son Vern Hooper and his son Taggert Hooper; his father Lee Hooper and his mother Edith Whitaker Hooper; his sister Wilma; his sister Mary; his sister Betty; his brother Walter and his brother Ralph.

Garrard also leaves behind 2 great-grandchildren to cherish his memory.

A memorial service for Garrard will be held Monday, November 15, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Rosewood Funeral Chapel, 3304 E Mockingbird Ln, Victoria, Texas 77904, with full Military Honors.
