Helen P. Borowicz

Helen P. Borowicz, 89, of Victoria, lovingly known as “Nanny B” by many of her grandchildren, passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 with her beloved sons by her side. Helen was born in Latium, TX on August 17, 1926 to Mike Tony and Mary Blazek Przyborski. Helen was a professional sales person who worked in the carpeting department at Sears for over twenty years. She was one of the original members of Holy Family Catholic Church.

Survivors include her sons, Deacon Stephen (Su) Borowicz of Victoria, Dennis C. (Phyllis) Borowicz of Cuero; brothers, Wilfred Przyborski of Tomball, Michael Przyborski of Brenham; grandchildren, Shannon Borowicz, Anissa Dwiggins, Heather Brown, Brandon Borowicz, Jason Borowicz, Dawn Martin, Amanda Sutherland; great-grandchildren, Lauren, Zachary and Alex Gasking, Shea McCloud, Marley and Stephen Anthony Dwiggins, Ethan and Denae Brown, Connor Borowicz, Bryan, Daniel and Jessica Marin, Kristen Nigh and great, great grandchildren, Janaye Starks, Zayden Montgomery, Lilyth, Zaebrii and Princeton Gaskin and soon to be, Hunter James Nigh.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Borowicz is preceded in death by her husband, Steve John Borowicz; two sons, Anthony (Tony) Borowicz and Daniel Borowicz; a sister and one brother.

Visitation will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church on Thursday April 28, 2016 from 6-7 pm, with a Rosary to be recited at 7 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 am on Friday, April 29, 2016 at Holy Family Catholic Church with Rev. Jacob Koether officiating. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Zachary Gaskin, Matt Brown, Ethan Brown, Brandon Borowicz, Shea McCloud, Jason Borowicz, Bryan Martin and Daniel Martin.
