Mrs. Irene, or "Mimi" as she was known to so many, was the epitome of a true grandmother. She was kind, gentle, loving, and had a great sense of humor. Not to mention, she was an amazing cook. She made THE best mashed potatoes - no gravy needed either! I remember playing games with her every time my family and I would visit, especially the Uno card game. This is where I first developed a love for the Uno game and learned all the tricks, thanks to Mrs. Irene. Thank you so much for all the cherished memories! May you rest in peace with Grand-Dad in the arms of our Lord and Savior. With love always, Jennifer
