Jack Angerstein

Jack attended school in San Angelo before moving to Victoria, he graduated from St. Joseph’s High School in 1939 being in the first class to graduate at the current campus on Red River Street. He was a longtime Victoria rancher, but also worked with his father in the Victoria Meat Market.

Survivors include his daughter, Jacque Angerstein of Austin; sons, Kort Angerstein and wife Suzi and Rob Angerstein and wife, Kammy all of Victoria and the two boys who brought the most joy to his life, his grandsons, Alex and Nicholas Angerstein.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Angerstein is preceded in death by his wife, Bernice Angerstein in 2007 and a brother, Mayo Angerstein.

Funeral services will be held 10 AM on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at the Rosewood Funeral Chapels with Rev. Larry Green officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Mike McCauley, Patrick Flynn, Jon Riggs, Brett Broome, Danny Fridell and Barton Bradicich.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph High School or Hospice of South Texas.
