He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Anna Mae Webber; and a sister, Debbie Webber.
Survivors include a sister, Lisa Webber Rost (Randy); a niece, Crystal Smith (Leonard); and a nephew, Coy Schmidt (Bridget), and great nephew Corby Smith.
Visitation will be held Saturday, January 14, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Rosewood Funeral Chapel in Victoria.
