Judith Anne Ouellette

Judith Anne Menard Ouellette, 75, of Victoria passed away Friday, July 8, 2016. She was born November 24, 1940 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada to the late Merle and Octavia Evelyn Dunn Menard. She was a homemaker and a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.

Survivors include her husband, Deacon Roland Adrien Ouellette; daughters, Mary Pinegar and Betty Tschoepe (Tom), both of Victoria, Deanna Smith (Charles) of Frisco and Sheryl Garza (Avelino) of Agua Dulce; sons, Rev. John Ouellette of Premont and Michael Ouellette (Cheryl) of Rochester, Minnesota; brothers, Charles Menard (Sharon) and Tom Menard (Janet) of Windsor, Ontario; 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Marilyn Menard Gemus.

The family will receive friends from 6-7 pm Monday, July 11, 2016 at Rosewood Funeral Chapels., with a Rosary to follow at 7 pm. The Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 am Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at Holy Family Catholic Church. Burial will immediately follow at Resurrection Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Scott Tschoepe, Andrew Garza, Aaron Tschoepe, Nicholas Smith, Matthew Smith, Bryan Smith and Christopher Smith.

Honorary pallbearers will be Roger Arambula and Jose Garcia.
