Judy Ann Fellers, 72 of Victoria passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2020. She was born on September 23, 1947 in Port Arthur, TX to Leopold and Lucille Bell. Judy was a register nurse for many years.

She is survived by her sons, James Fellers of Los Angeles, CA, Mark Fellers of Sugar Land, TX and three grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Fellers was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Fellers and a sister, Linda Girouard.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 18, 2020 at 4PM in the Events Room at Rosewood Funeral Chapels with Rev. Carl Westbrook officiating.
