She was born in Victoria, Tx and attended Cuero High School. Callie loved sports. She played soccer and volleyball and loved cheering for the Gobblers! “Go Mean Green!” She played Fantasy Football with her family. She loved the outdoors. She loved swimming and long distance running. As an avid runner she ran marathons from Texas to New York 2013-2017. She liked to read and to watch movies. She loved her pets. She had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh.
Callie worked in the family business as a loan processor in high school and again 2020-2023.
Callie headed a committee for “Ride of Life” with her dad and brothers in 2013 to honor her mom together raising funds for Hospice of South Texas naming a room at the new facility, “Sophia Lisa Smith,” who preceded her in death.
She followed in the footsteps of her Great Grandmother, Ester; Grandmother, Velma and mother in the Avon business. Receiving so many awards, making it impossible to mention.
Avon sent a film crew from NYC to Victoria to star Callie in their promotions in 2015.
On July 30, 2017 she was blessed with her own beautiful daughter, Leia Lisa.
As if Avon and family didn’t keep her busy enough, she started a food blog Karensfood.com

She leaves behind a loving daughter, Leia, together they shared a love for rainbows.
Her father Silas “Randy” Smith and wife, Mary Jo Bogatto; brothers: Jeff Smith and his daughter, Payton Rose, Zach and wife, Kelsey Smith and their daughter, Sophia Elizabeth along with aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
