Katherine J. Spears

Katherine J. Spears, 72, passed away April 12, 2021. Katherine was born October 28, 1948 in Victoria to the late Katherine Raab and Arthur Spears. Katherine was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic church and was a medical transcriptionist until retirement.

Katherine is survived by her children, Kelly Leuschner of Victoria, Robby Leuschner (Amber) of Victoria; brothers, Arthur Spears (JoAnn), John “Ronnie” Spears (Stefani), Greg Spears, Michael Spears (Diana) all of Victoria, David Spears (Rebecca) of Austin and two grandchildren, Kristen and Brody.

Visitation for family and friends will be Thursday, April 15, 2021 from 5-6:30 PM at Rosewood Funeral Chapel with a rosary to be recited at 6:30 PM.

Funeral Mass will be Friday, April 16, 2021 at 2 PM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with burial to immediately follow at Resurrection Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Kelly Leuschner, Robby Leuschner, Ronnie Spears, Arthur Spears, Greg Spears, Michael Spears and David Spears.

Memorial donations may be made to Cowboy Tough Cole Strong, Dorothy O’Connor Pet Adoption Center, American Cancer Society, Salvation Army or the Senior Citizens Center.
