Len James Hudgeons

Len Hudgeons, 63, of Victoria, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2015. He was born in Hallettsville, Texas on April 20, 1952, son of the late Albert and Lillie Mae Hudgeons. He served in the U. S. Army Reserves. Len was an outboard mechanic most of his working career and worked for Kresta’s Marine for the past several years. He was an avid fisherman and hunter and was well known for his sense of humor and jokes. Len enjoyed spending time with his family, also camping and bar-b-queing.

Len is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Hudgeons of 34 years; daughter, Stephanie Hudgeons (Randy Myers); son, Derek Hudgeons, all of Victoria; brothers, Rocky Hudgeons (Debra) of Morales and Sidney Hudgeons of Florida; and grandchildren, Karson Hudgeons and Kayla Myers.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Lillian Hudgeons.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 pm, Friday, August 28, 2015 at Colonial Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held 10:00 am, Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Colonial Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Jud officiating. Burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Greg Gordon, Jon Gordon, Kelly Maroney, A.D. Blackmon, Royce Hudgeons and Russell Hudgeons.
