Les Boehm

Leslie “Les” Herman Boehm, 64 of Victoria passed away on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at his residence surrounded by his family. Les was born on November 13, 1946 in Victoria to Ruth Hasdorff Boehm of Victoria and late Herman Boehm. He was employed by Dow as a Lab Maintenance technician, member of Our Lady of Lourdes, a member of the Knights of Columbus 1329 and the Holy Name Society.

Survivors include his mother, Ruth Hasdorff Boehm; wife, Linda “Linn” Boehm of Victoria; daughter, Kim Koenig and husband, Nick of Katy; son, Jeffery Boehm of Victoria; sisters, Beverly Rodriguez of Port Lavaca, Barbara Martin of Sandia; brother, Dennis Boehm of Victoria; and grandson, Nathan Koenig of Katy.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 10, 2010 from 6-7 PM with a rosary to be recited at 7 PM at Rosewood Funeral Chapels by Deacon Jim Koenig. A mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2010 at 10 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Rev. Celestino Say officiating. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Keith Hermes, Ken Hermes, Derek Martin, Leo Sharron, Murray Carson and John Novak.

Memorials may be made to the Our Lady of Lourdes Altar Restoration Project or Crown Hospice.
