Neal is survived by his wife of 61 years, Irene Hansen Flagg; son, The Rev. Wayne Flagg of Weimar, TX; daughter, Denise Flagg of El Campo, TX; sister, Elsie McLean of Pasadena, TX; special family, Larry, June, Ty and Erica Mitschke of Spring, TX and numerous nieces and nephews.
Neal was preceded in death by his parents; brother, W.D. Flagg, Jr and nephew, Sammy Lynn McKnight.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at 11 AM at Christ the Victor Lutheran Church, 202 Stanly St., Victoria, Texas with Rev. Sharon Wiggins officiating.
A private burial will be held at a later date at the Danevang Lutheran Cemetery in Danevang, Texas.
