Patricia Pat Barnes

Pat accepted Christ at an early age and was united with the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. L. B. Elliott.

Pat spent most of her time playing softball and co-ed ball. She loved the position of hind-catcher and was quite good at it. She also enjoyed fishing. Pat loved spending time with her grandchildren most of all; as these are “Grandma’s Angels” they are her pride and joy.

She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters: Michelle Harvey of Pflugerville, TX and Kyuana Barnes. Four grandchildren: Breanna Barnes, Morghan and Malcolm Harvey and Brandon Barnes. Two Sisters: Joyce Rice of Corpus Christi, TX and Linda D. Smith (Christie) of Carmel, New York. Two brothers: Reese Barnes Jr. (Shirley) of Midland, TX and Edward “Bubba” Barnes (Diane). Six nieces, five nephews and a host of great nieces and nephews and friends.
