

W. Turner Moller, 72, of Victoria passed away Friday, February 4, 2011, surrounded by his family. Turner was born July 24, 1938, in Houston to the late Bynum Weems and Emily Patterson Moller. He served his country in the United States Army, achieving the rank of Sergeant. He was owner of Moller Manufacturing Company and Moller Development. He was part owner of Skytop Rig Company, and had served as president of Victoria Airport Commission, president of Riverside Golf Association, president of the Men’s Gold Association at the Victoria Country Club, and served on the Board of Directors of the Victoria 100 Club. Turner was an avid pilot, and was at his best when in the cockpit of his plane. He was also a member of Life Pointe Church.
Survivors include his wife, Carole Jordan Moller of Victoria; daughters, Danna Moller Easley of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Felisha Long and her husband, Jared of Round Rock, Fanessa Daniele and her husband, Teak; son, B. Scott Moller and his wife, Ruthie of Victoria, and J. D. Franz of Waco; sister, Patricia “Sunny” Smith and her husband, Bruce, of Humble and Dianne Lambert of Kerrville; ten grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 pm Tuesday, February 8, 2011, at Rosewood Funeral Chapel.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p. m. Wednesday, February 9, 2011, at Parkway Church, Rev. Les Cole officiating. Entombment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Rouse, Ted Seel, Breene Cantwell, Steve Meacham, Larry Oates, Craig Friemel, Billy Janssen, the Honorable Don Pozzi, Fred Lynch and Dr. Fred Lykes.
Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Best, Gary Middleton, Dr. Dan Beekler, Dan Pedone, Ron Wilms, Dr. Tom Ashy, Danny Canfield, Don McKay, Dr. Alan Elliot, Andy Andress, Al Long, Dr. Joe Enos and Barry Coles.
The family would like to offer special thanks to Dr. Tyson Meyer and Hospice of South Texas for their comfort and care.
