Born on October 12, 1996 to Larry and Teree LaVogue, Allison Diane LaVogue passed away on October 15, 2014 at the age of 18. Allison lived in Wrightwood, CA though the community that adored her, extended far beyond her hometown. A Senior at Serrano High School, Allison was an active and proud member of the Rattlesnake Regiment Color Guard. She brought to Color Guard the same spirit, commitment and enthusiasm that she brought to life. Allison was known for her kind heart, quick wit, thoughtfulness, infectious energy, and her natural ability to make others feel a sense of belonging. Whether in class, fundraising for a cause, or at a family reunion, she was always a source of positivity. She enjoyed traveling, dancing and laughing with friends, trips to Disneyland, and summer vacations. Allison valued her Catholic faith, her friendships and her role as a big sister. A beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend, Allison brought immense happiness to those around her. Her legacy will be one of kindness, abundant joy for life, and love for God, family and friends. Allison is survived by her parents, Larry and Teree LaVogue; her brother, Gregory LaVogue; her maternal grandparents, Leroy and Diane Jennings; her paternal grandmother, Alice Demarco; loving aunts, uncles and cousins too numerous to mention.
