Connie passed away peacefully on May 21, 2017 at the tender age of 83. She was a resident of the Victor Valley since 1980. She retired from the City of Anaheim 20 years ago. She lived her life to the fullest and loved all of her family deeply and dearly. She loved the outdoors and taking morning walks. Most of all she loved our Lord and was a faithful servant and daughter. She attended Sunday mass faithfully at Holy Family Church.

Connie is Preceded in death by Loving husband Thomas Brown. Mother, Frances Arvizu. Father Elias Garcia. Brother Joe Garcia, Sisters Emma Lopez and Rita Cullen.

She is survived by her brothers, Elias and his wife Helen Garcia of Los Angeles, Richard and his wife Jean Garcia of Los Angeles and her sister Teresa Martinez of Union City. Daughter Debra Marquez and her husband Gilbert Marquez of Victorville. Sons Dino Brown and Thomas Brown of Victorville. Grandchildren – Christopher and his wife Dawn Marquez of Los Angeles, Richard and his wife Shelly Marquez of Victorville, Angela Marquez and her husband Norman Clarke of Victorville, Michael and his wife Lilli Marquez of Minneapolis, Lauren and her husband Nick King of Washington, Ryan Brown and Austin Brown of San Diego. Great Grandchildren-Anthony Marquez , Tristan Marquez, Abigail Marquez, Jonathan Marquez, Natalee Marquez, Mathew Marquez, Leila Marquez, Emma Marquez, Eriana Marquez, Elias Rodriguez, Elivia Rodriguez, Milah Calderon, LaLuz Marquez, Bazqui Marquez, Erin King and Kyle King. Great-Great Grandchildren Kingston Armstrong, Bronson Marquez and Leilani Bellgardt. Plus numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and countless friends.

Memorial Services will be held at Victor Valley Mortuary On Tuesday May 30th, 2017 at 10:30am
