Jarren Mitchell Williams

Funeral services will be held from 1:00 pm till 3:30 pm on Friday, March 29th, 2019. Pastor Dave Samples of Hi-Desert Word Center, officiating. Arrangements are by Desert View Memorial Park at 11478 Amargosa Rd, Victorville, CA 92392

Jarren was born in Victorville California to Raja Ward and Kevin Williams on July 22nd, 1990. He was a student of life, always wanting to learn something new and was currently working on his third college degree at UNLV of Las Vegas. He graduated from Victor Valley College with two degrees; an associate in science and an associate in arts for transfer psychology. He worked as a shift supervisor for Starbucks for ten years and had recently switched to a new career as a healthcare recruiter for Barton Associates of Las Vegas. In high school, Jarren served on the Shasta High School Science Bowl team for two consecutive years and he also auditioned for the TV show Glee. In 2013 he began music lessons and had the opportunity to sing a solo at the San Bernardino County Fair and in the following year, he was a Celebrity Ambassador for the Grammys, the Oscars, and the Kid’s Choice Awards.

Jarren is survived by his Mother Raja Williams, Father Kevin Williams, Siblings Derrick Williams, Kevin Williams, Isiah Williams, Keija Williams, and Grand Parents Lanette Heikkila, Danny Ward, Mae Helen & Gerald Williams, and several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

The family of Jarren Mitchell Williams wishes to extend our sincere thanks to all our family and friends who have held us up in prayer during this time of great sorrow. We would also like to thank Jarren’s friends that have reached out to support our family and for sharing your memories and stories about our son with us. He may be gone, but he will never be forgotten!
