Obituaries are meant to include "significant milestones," "achievements," and "contributions." However, those of us who were blessed to have known him, appreciated and marveled at what he was. Indran took care of his family, his friends, his co-workers, and anyone who asked. Being there for you is all Indran ever wanted and all that ever mattered. He was the most honorable, jovial, decent, fun, intelligent and generous man. He had a childlike, sweet, innocent joy for life that was rare and infectious and yet he was a steady and mighty rock of strength to everyone who knew him.
Indran hoped his funeral would be a celebration of life and not a day of sadness. So, whenever you miss him or wish he were there with you, laugh, because that is how he would want you to remember him. Indran laughed like he snored; it was a tremendous siren sound that often woke the neighbors, and that sound reflected the rich, monumental, divine colossus that was his life spirit - there was no one like him and there will never be anyone like him. His was a life very well lived and his cherubic smile brightened the universe. Rest in Peace, dear Indran. Our love. Our life.
