Nancy Eva McKinney, 70, of Victorville, California, passed away November 13, 2016. She was born in Sioux City, Iowa, on November 17, 1945. Nancy was married to Russell Cay McKinney on October 28, 1961. She had a career in Shipping and Receiving, working for Laminated Art. Nancy enjoyed spending time with her daughter Tammy, having girl time, shopping and going to lunch. She also enjoyed spending time with her grand and great grandchildren. She loved her dog Angel. Nancy is survived by her husband Russell, children Tammy Mae Price, Russell James McKinney, and Ronald Allen McKinney, her grandchildren Christopher Price, Jayson Price, Sarah Johnson, Russell McKinney, Dillon McKinney, Christa McKinney, Brooke, McKinney, Amber Arando, Alexandra McKinney, Kyle McKinney, Cash McKinney, and Mika Young, great grandchildren Courtney Price, Catelynn Price, Chloe Price, Noah Johnson, Gracie Johnson, Kaylee Young, Audry Young, Addie Young, Maggy Young, Noah Young, Clair Arando, and Parker Arando, and siblings Connie Streeter, Ward Orr, Wesley Orr, and Jerry Orr.
