Nazreen Barnes

presence left a lasting impression on everyone she met.

Nazreen was known by all who crossed her path as someone who did not simply wait for life to happen—she shaped it. With a bold spirit and a refusal to settle for anything less than what she

believed was possible, she lived her life with strength, determination, and purpose.

In 1988, Nazreen met the love of her life, Anthony Barnes. The two became one in marriage on April 6, 1996, building a life rooted in love and commitment.

Nazreen was preceded in death by her parents, Waid and Jamila Hussain, and her brother, Waheed Hussain.

She leaves behind to cherish her loving memory her devoted husband, Anthony Barnes of Victorville, California; her son, Garrick Barnes of Normal, Illinois; her sister, Shammi Hussain of Phoenix, Arizona; one uncle, two aunts, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Nazreen will be remembered for her strength, her love for family, and the lasting impact she made on everyone who knew her.

Visitation will be held at Desert View, 11478 AMARGOSA RD, VICTORVILLE, CA 92392, US, on April 16, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

A Committal Service will be held at Desert View Memorial Park, 11500 AMARGOSA RD, VICTORVILLE, CA 92392, US, on April 16, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
