This hurt is deep, but the tears also flow for the gratitude that I have. I'm grateful to not only have known you but to be loved by you was the highlight of my existence and has made me the woman and mother I am today. Your physical presence was traded for your spirit that I know will love and protect us until we meet again. I love you with my soul and I promise to honor your memory and weave you into everyday. -Kapiolani"
