Albert S. White, 96, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at his home in Pinehurst, NC. Albert was born March 9, 1919 in Hainesville, Texas to Edward and Habie White. He was a veteran of World War II, the Korean War, as well as the
Pearl Harbor Campaign. He married Kathryn June Cobb in 1944, and together they raised their son, Charles Conrad White, in Portsmouth VA. Albert was preceded in death by his parents, his siblings, his wife, and son.
He is survived by his grandson, Justin White (Charlotte) of Southern Pines, NC, and their children Hannah June, and Hayden; his granddaughter, Kerrick Dewey (David) of Battle Ground, IN, and her children, Ryan, Christopher, and Wesley.
