Ernest Lee Hargrove Jr. on December 28th, 2022 left us to join his wife and Savior. He was a beloved father, grandfather, and friend. When he wasn't spending time at baseball games or volleyball matches you would find him on the golf course, in the ballroom, or tending to the needs of those that needed him. He truly was a special man, somehow able to be one of the most stubborn people around, while also managing to always put others before himself. Being a life-long member of the Princess Anne Masonic Lodge, 50 years, he was dedicated to serving his community and was an excellent role model to those around him.
He is survived by his daughter Anne Durham, step-sons Bryan and Stephen Breland, and his grandchildren. He will be laid to rest on January 5th at 10:00 AM at Rosewood Memorial Park followed by a church service at First Baptist Church of Norfolk. He will be missed.
