Mrs. Billari was preceded in death by her husband Walter Billari and a daughter DeLane Reynolds. She was a member of Kempsville Baptist Church.
Survivors include two children, Mike Billari and wife Kim; Patricia Wright and husband Eddie, four grandchildren, Tiffany Murray and husband Ian, Sara Fetty and husband Justin, Hayley Reynolds and Will Billari; a great granddaughter Layla Murray and her beloved poodle Pierre.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 25, 2012 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Smith & Williams Funeral Home where a celebration of Mrs. Billari’s life will be held on Monday, 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Chesapeake Memorial Gardens.
