Larry served in the U.S. Army and retired from the U.S. General Account Ability Office.
He is survived by his brother J. Bentley Davis and his wife Carolyn; and two nieces Deborah C. Cox and Susan E. Thompson.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at Smith and Williams Funeral Home, 4889 Princess Anne Rd., Virginia Beach VA. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive guest one hour prior to the service.
