Normand H. Allard

Virginia Beach - Mr. Normand Henri Allard, 67, a resident of Virginia Beach left this world peacefully and was called home on October 22, 2015. He was born on April 1st, 1948 to Marie Ann Roberts and Leonard Heroux in Chicopee, MA.

Normand volunteered as an EMT and Firefighter for the Ridge County, Maryland Rescue Team. He later served as a Corpsman for the U.S Navy and retired after 20 years of active service. He then continued working as a courier for the next 20 years.

He is survived by and will forever live through his loving wife of 32 years Linda Aranas Allard, his two daughters Jennifer Marie Allard and Christine Laura Ramirez; his mother Marie Ann Roberts and sister Claire Pouliot; nephew Brandon Labonte, neice Angelique Peloquin; and four grandchildren Aliciana Ramirez, Vaden Drobnak, Juliyana Ramirez, Brennan Drobnak.

He will forever be missed by everyone he has touched on this earth but knowing all the joy and happy memories he has brought to everyone his spirit and memories will forever be remembered.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 from 6-8PM at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Road., Virginia Beach VA.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 1PM at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home. Burial will follow at 3PM at A.G. Horton. You may offer your condolences at www.smithandwilliamskempsville.com.
