Rodolfo Almuite Antolin, Jr., 54, passed away on August 23rd, 2020. Rodolfo was born in the Philippines to Margarita and the late Rodolfo Sr. He worked as a Medical Technologist at Laboratory Corporation of America and held bachelor’s degrees in Medical Technology and Cytotechnology and a master’s degree in Laboratory Sciences from Old Dominion University. Rudy, as he was known, was an avid gardener, painter, and above all musician. He was heavily involved with the Filipino-American community in Hampton Roads; often offering his musical talents for community events, masses, and celebrations. Rudy was also one of the volunteer instructors for the Philippine Rondalla Ensemble of Virginia (PREVa).
Left behind to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 27 years, Trinidad Chacon Antolin; son, Michael and his girlfriend Nikka; daughters, Teresa and Alyssa; mother, Margarita; brother, Virgilio; sister, Teresita and her husband Rolando; brother Ronald and his wife Cheryl; nieces and nephews, Kurt, Sean and his wife Brandy, Abigail, Simone, and Saige; and great-niece and nephew, Addison and Grayson.
Rodolfo will be privately laid to rest at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial
