Rosa Hope Grimstead

Rosa Hope Grimstead, 95 passed away peacefully on January 26, 2021. Mrs. Grimstead was preceded in death by her parents Roland and Malinda West Halstead, her husband Russell Harvey Grimstead, a son Russell “Butch” Harvey Grimstead, Jr., and a son-in-law James Edward Etheridge. She was a member of Bethel Church and will be greatly missed by all that knew her. Survivors include a daughter Malinda Hope Etheridge; a daughter in law Millie Grimstead, six grandchildren, Leslie Hope Casterlow and husband Edward, Richard L. Etheridge and wife Suzanne, Joe Grimstead and wife Liza, James E. Etheridge Jr., Kimberly A. LeWare and husband Matthew, Mandie Whitlow and her husband Barry; 12 great grandchildren, Candice, Taylor, Sara, Russell, Erianna, Hannah, Crystal, Hunter, Jimmy, Genesis, Israel, Noah and 12 great great grandchildren and her sister Florence Weidman and many nieces, nephews and cousins. A graveside service will be held at Charity Neck United Methodist Church Cemetery on Friday, February 5, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Friends may offer condolences at www.smithandwilliamskempsivlle.com
