Stephen Lucas, 73, of Virginia Beach, passed away, Friday, November 21, 2014. He retired from the U.S. Navy with 20 years of service.
Mr. Lucas is survived by his wife, Ramona Lucas; his mother, Anna Lucas; daughters, Stephanie Varela, Hope Altman, and Christina Conti; step-son, Robert Reagle; five grandchildren; brother, Joseph Lucas; and special friend, George Holscher.
