Virginia Beach. Toy Lewis Jordan, Jr. passed peacefully in his home of over 60 years on July 21, 2023. A native of Norfolk, Toy “Tinker” Jordan was a Project Manager for the Virginia Department of Transportation for 29 years.
Toy is survived by his children, Frances Lorene Liverman, Jeanne Jordan Costner, Toy L. “Lee” Jordan, III (Rene’); grandchildren, Kathleen Cole (Jerry), Kenneth Liverman (Heather), Tiffany Liverman Brackett (Justin), Shelby Smith (Jeremiah), Cristal Turner (Ryan), Christina Harris Liverman, Lia Hoppel, Toy L. “TJ” Jordan IV, and Richard Castilloux; and many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Toy was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Alice Belva McKown Jordan; parents, Toy Lewis Jordan, Sr. and Louise Gwaltney Hughes; brother’s, James Earl Jordan and Pat Jordan; sister, Phyllis Kemp; his eldest daughter, Irma Louise Yauneridge; and grandson, Jesse Liverman.
