

Deborah Kaye Longendorf died of Alzheimer’s on December 28, 2025 at Kaweah Health Hospital. She was born in Fresno on October 27,1953 to George and (Opal) Maxine Longendorf. She was a student at Del Mar Elementary in Fresno and later at Sierra Vista Elementary after her family moved to Visalia. She attended Divisadero Jr High, graduated from Mt. Whitney High in the Class of 1971, and later attended the College of the Sequoias. During her years at MWHS, she especially enjoyed playing clarinet in the school orchestra.
Deb was creative and artistic, and enjoyed working in retail at the Wicks and Wax shop as well as her parents’ store, Christian Service and Supply, in downtown Visalia. She also worked at Jostens American Yearbook, and then in 1980 moved to San Diego where she established her career in printing and bindery production. In 2017, Deb retired and moved back to her hometown, Visalia.
Deb loved music, cats, and finding treasures at garage sales and thrift stores. Her pride and passion was her decorative, large, and successful booth at the Visalia Vintage and Antiques mall on Mooney.
Deb will be lovingly remembered by her sister Judy White in Bellingham, WA, as well as her nephew Christopher White and niece Kelly White, both in Oakland.
