Frank Rocha Balderama Sr.

September 24, 1953 ~ March 5, 2025

Also known as Pancho, Frank Balderama passed away on March 5, 2025 at home with his loved ones by his side. He was 71 years old.

Pancho was born to Daniel and Pat Balderama on September 24, 1953. Originally from Corcoran, California, but most of his adult life he lived in Visalia, California.

Pancho was a well know tattoo artist throughout his entire life. He made many great friends along the way, but his best friend was his “woman”, Martha Mendoza. They shard 48 years together which brought with it 10 children, BooBoo, Niecy, Panchito, China, Mona, Mickel J, Pat Pat, Laura, Damon, and Julie. All of which had their moments with him. Whether good or bad, it is what it is…. memories.

Pancho loved all of his 25 grandchildren very much. He watched them all raise up throughout the years and was so very proud of them. He couldn’t get enough of his little ones: Lil Pat Pat, Adley, Kamaiyah, Banks, Zane, and his great grandson Ivy, who would come through and give his great grandpa ‘knuckles’.

Forever in our hearts old man…

Pancho was preceded in death by his mama Petra (Pat) Rocha, and three brothers, Tootsie, Joe, and Mario.
