Gregory Davidian, 69, of Cutler, passed away suddenly on Saturday, January 30, leaving behind his family who loved him dearly. We awoke each day to discover some new adventure he had planned for his grandchildren, Skylar and Gregory, who have always called him “Daddy.”
Gregory was born to John and Ann Davidian of Cutler on April 5, 1951. He started driving tractor at the age of 9 and continued to this day with his business, Greg Davidian Custom Tractor Work.
Greg attended Monson-Sultana grammar school. He was a proud 1969 graduate of Dinuba High School and attended COS until farming called him full time.
He married his wife, Margie Dawson, on April 11, 1975. Together, they grew, packed, and shipped cherry tomatoes for Zee and Dee Packing in Cutler. This hard-working business during these years were some of their happiest times.
Greg and Margie lived in the same house on their farm for the past 45 years. In 1980, they had their first child, a daughter, Annie. In 1992, they were unexpectedly blessed with their second daughter, Sara. In early years, Greg loved to hunt and fish with his family and friends. His farming friends would meet daily in the back of the Davidian home for a game or two of pool and some good laughter. Greg had the innate ability to make everyone laugh! He was kind and loving and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Greg is survived by his wife, Margie, his daughters, Annie Davidian and Sara Sempadian Davidian; his “baby girl,” Skylar, and “wingman,” Gregory; his mother-in-law, Shirley Dawson of Dinuba; sister Diana Davidian of Atascadero; sister and brother-in-law Janet and Jeff Belknap of Dinuba; beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins whom he dearly loved.
He is proceeded in death by his parents, John and Ann Davidian; father-in-law Clyde Dawson; aunt and uncle, Charles and Hosana Noroian; aunt and uncle, Harry and Laura Davidian; aunt and uncle, Vaughn and Rosa Ananian; uncle, George Ananian; his niece, Alyssa Biswell; and recently, his cousin’s daughter, Nichole Noroian.
