Jack is survived by his spouse, Joan Ellingson; son Stephen Ellingson; and son Richard Ellingson. Mr. Ellingson is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

Jack was preceded in death by father Marvin Edward Ellingson and mother Ethel Veren Spencer.
