Jeremy was born to Teresa and John Williams on July 28, 1978, in Visalia. He was their miracle baby and only child. He graduated from Golden West High School in 1996 and quickly became known for his strong work ethic and kind heart.
He spent nearly two decades working at APCO, where he earned the nickname “Mr. Perfect” for his unmatched skill with equipment, his reliability, and his ability to make every coworker feel like family. After earning a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician certification, he also worked for Amazon/JLL — but his heart never strayed from APCO, and he was preparing to return to the role he loved most.
Jeremy’s greatest joy came from being a father and family man. He welcomed his first son, Andrew, in 1997. He later married his first wife, Mandie, who had two children, Ashley and Kurt, and together they welcomed their son, Jett, in 2007. Though their relationship didn’t last, Jeremy remained a devoted and involved father to Jett.
In 2011, Jeremy met the love of his life, Heidi. They married in a beautiful ceremony on June 1, 2013, and were just weeks away from celebrating their 12th wedding anniversary. Jeremy and Heidi shared a deep and devoted love — one built on laughter, weekend barbecues, fishing trips, and thoughtful handwritten notes. He made it a point every day to show her how much she meant to him.
He was a proud grandpa to Ezekiel, Austin, and Archer, and bonus granddaughter Everlee. He loved being outdoors — whether fishing, deep sea adventuring, golfing, or camping — but nothing topped a Sunday watching his Dallas Cowboys, even when they tested his patience.
Jeremy is preceded in death by his father, John Williams; grandparents, Eva and Howard Williams; and grandfather, Thomas Harris. He is survived by his wife, Heidi Williams; sons, Andrew and Jett Williams; bonus children, Ashley and Kurt Mancebo; grandchildren; his mother, Teresa Snow, and stepfather, Steve Snow; his grandmother, Doris Harris; and a large extended family of friends and coworkers who will miss him deeply.
A celebration of life will be held at Tulare Community Church (1820 N Gem St, Tulare, CA 93274). May 23 at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations to support the family may be made via GoFundMe: https://gofund.me/2c894d5a
Jeremy’s memory will live on in every life he touched — and in every lesson, laugh, and love he shared.
