Jose R Guerra

Rene was born October 18, 1925 to Victor and Estefana Guerra in Trevino, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. He passed away October 24, 2011 in Visalia, CA

Rene is survived by his wife of 55 years, Irma; daughters, Leticia Guerra of San Jose, Laura Camero of Visalia and Lirba Neill of Visalia; and son, Oscar Guerra of San Jose, California.Rene is also survived by 10 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his son Rene Guerra.

Rene enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and taking care of his animals. He also enjoyed barbecuing, listening to music, tending his garden and watching his favorite baseball teams. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather with a very humble spirit. He will be missed by all who knew him.

There will be a visitation Thursday, October 27, 2011 at 6:00pm. Followed by the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00pm at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 W. Goshen Ave., Visalia, CA 93291

Graveside Services will be Friday, October 28, 2011 at 9:00am at the Visalia District Cemetery.
